PuzzlePath Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all venues, business partners, and users of the ClueCreator platform.

Venues and users must not upload, create, publish, or promote content that:

• is unlawful,
• offensive,
• abusive,
• misleading,
• dangerous,
• discriminatory,
• defamatory,
• sexually explicit,
• harassing,
• or infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Trails must not:

• encourage unsafe behaviour,
• encourage trespassing,
• require players to enter restricted areas,
• damage property,
• interfere with venue staff,
• or create unreasonable risk for players or the public.

PuzzlePath reserves the right to remove content, unpublish trails, suspend accounts, or terminate access where necessary to protect users, venues, the public, or the platform.

Venues are responsible for ensuring their trails are suitable, lawful, accurate, and safe for the physical locations where they are operated.
